Just What Business Needs
I own a chain of fast food restaurants that have become very popular through the years. When we opened our very first branch, the one in our home town, the business was run by my family. My sons and I worked in the kitchen, my wife and daughters manned the front. It was a family business and it was meant to put food on the table when we got home, so I wanted to teach my children the value of work, even at an earlier age.
Hard work paid off because we eventually got lucky enough to expand to not just two branches but more than ten, that is spread widely across the country. Fast food is a necessity. While dining is still a pleasurable activity, there daily functions that prohibit us to dine leisurely, and so this is where we come in. We serve people on the go and people who have no time to sit long hours to wait for the food to be prepared.
To be able to do this, we have a whole fleet of built in ovens in all of our kitchens. These ovens are constantly being used as customers come and go, ordering all sorts of different meals all day. To be even more time efficient, I prefer double ovens for our kitchens because they work twice as fast since they can cook twice as many compared to a single one.
The secret to a successful business is discipline, dedication and proper management. My family, even though we do not work directly in the kitchen anymore, we still work very closely into everything. We do not want to give our employees a hard time, so we provide them with the best equipment there is.
